Hackey WickED Festival!


This weekend for Sat & Sun by-louise will be setting up camp at the ever eventful Stour Space's aptly named 'Corner Carnival' ! This weekend also sees the infamous 'Hackney wickED festival' take place (for more info on that see the link below) The weather is looking good, the beers will be following and the craft will be crafting up a storm. So come on down!

In partnership with the Counter Cafe and Formans, Stour Space is proud t...o present CORNER CARNIVAL: a distinctly Fish Island experience. Our popular monthly designer market will be sprawling out onto the streets (legally) on the Saturday and Sunday.

Come and join us for an eclectic mix of art, craft and design stalls, a ghetto BBQ and fish-erific fun!

A Saturday to remember!!


Dear all.

This Saturday the 29th of May sees the return of the Craft Guerrilla to the Beautiful Interiors shop garden. Purveyors of quality, designer urban art and indie craft this East London renegade craft collective will be brightening up the garden on the last Saturday of each month through out summer.

Back to the Village quarter are some old favourites (including the "Let them Eat Cake sugary sweet bar") and lots of new designer makers which have been personally selected for their originality and design of their products. We hope you'll like what's on offer!

Also don't forget that it's free to get in and there'll be a cocktail or two to celebrate the beginning of the Craft Market season.

The "Vintage Lifestyle Fair & Garden Tea Party" will be on at the Nags Head Pub.

garden tea party.

Market Days


Of Cabbages & Kings will be hosting a weekend market at Abney Hall, 3a Church Street, Stoke Newinton, every month throughout 2010.

From designer knitwear and hand-printed stationery, to glitzy jewellery and gorgeous home wares, each weekend a different selection of designers and makers will be peddling their wares.

By - Louise will be there next weekend selling all the usual goodies for you to come and buy!

Christmas Craftacular!


Hello everyone!
Firstly sorry for not blogging for the past few months...things have been a little hectic to say the least. I've started a new job and have moved into a lovely new ceramics studio, so there will be lots of new products arriving soon! .....BUT now by-Louise is back for some Christmas fun!

You'll find us again at York Hall this coming Saturday for the Bust Christmas craftacular!




It's only a stones throw from Bethnal Green tube station so even if it's raining you won't get too wet!! pray for sunshine everyone!
By-Louise will have some great new Christmas themed goodies from handmade cards to tea lights with scented candles. We will also have our great collection of jewellery and home wares available. And as it's Christmas we have some lovely gift boxes available for all jewellery purchased!

Another Crafty Weekender!

Hiddy ho to all our followers and friends,

This weekend is sure going to be a busy one! For starters this Sat 26th we'll be at our usual haunt the Queens Head, Essex Road with the Craftaholics lot from 12pm til 5pm. So if you have some time on Sat come down for a browse and a pint! Entry is free and worth it as there'll be lots of lovelyness to look at.


Then....on Sun 27th we'll be Showcasing our new works with the '15 minute factory' guys and gals, who are event curators bringing art, music, film and installation into one event for all to experience. Check out their facebook page here
